Who we are
Our unique approach
Consistency and continuity
Clients are paired with the same core team, ensuring a deep understanding of their business and long-term continuity.
Focused expertise
By working with a limited number of clients, we maintain a high standard of quality and responsiveness that builds trust and delivers results.
Our founders' vision
Clarity IQ was established by James Kingham and Natalie Kelly with the goal of solving the problems they witnessed firsthand in the ServiceNow industry. Frustrated by the rigid, high-cost models of large consultancies, they envisioned a better way to deliver ServiceNow support: an agile, on-demand subscription model that puts the client’s needs first.
James and Natalie wanted to remove the financial burden of long-term contractor resources and provide a flexible alternative to the costly, inflexible services commonly found in the industry. Their vision remains the driving force behind Clarity IQ’s ethos today.
Meet the founders
Meet the visionaries behind Clarity IQ: James Kingham and Natalie Kelly, a duo combining decades of IT expertise to drive innovation and solutions for ServiceNow success.

James Kingham
Co-Founder, CEO, and Technical Director
James Kingham is a seasoned veteran of the IT industry with a career spanning diverse organisations, including Google, Microsoft, Comcast, Sky, BBC, and Deloitte, where he has helped design and deliver innovative business solutions.
As the lead technical architect for Sky’s pioneering Adsmart product, James played a key role in developing the backend system architecture. He went on to co-found two virtual storage solutions, Databackline and VSTOR, both of which were later acquired by the storage giant EMC.
Today, as the Co-Founder and CEO of Clarity IQ, James oversees the company’s operations and strategic direction, bringing his technical expertise and industry knowledge to every project.

Natalie Kelly
Co-Founder, COO, and Head of ServiceNow Development
Natalie Kelly has a long-standing career in IT management, service delivery, and solution development, having worked with leading companies like Experian, Comcast, and Sky. In 2009, Natalie specialised in ServiceNow development and has since been designing, developing, and delivering bespoke ServiceNow solutions for enterprise clients.
As Co-Founder and COO of Clarity IQ, Natalie leads the company’s ServiceNow development team, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, tailored solutions for clients. Her extensive experience and deep expertise in ServiceNow drive Clarity IQ’s commitment to excellence in service delivery.
Our ethos
Client-focused independence
Deliver ServiceNow development and support services that are independent and always in the best interests of the client.
Flexible, flat-fee model
Remove the need for expensive contractors by offering a simple, flat-fee, on-demand subscription model. Clients pay only for work undertaken, avoiding financial liabilities.
Consistent team of experts
Provide a dedicated team of ServiceNow specialists for each client, rather than relying on individual contractors whose availability may vary.
Quick and cost-effective
Ensure measurable value is delivered quickly and affordably, maximising the impact of each project.
Enabling smaller projects
Empower organisations to pursue ServiceNow initiatives and projects that would be financially unviable with larger consultancies.
Our journey
Clarity IQ’s growth has been driven by a commitment to quality and a relentless focus on client success. Starting in a small office in St Albans, James and Natalie managed every aspect of the business themselves. Their dedication paid off when, in late 2014, Clarity IQ completed a successful “turnaround” ServiceNow project for a large global insurer. This pivotal project attracted the attention of other enterprise clients seeking alternatives to large consultancies.
In 2016, Clarity IQ relocated to Old Street, London, and began building a network of trusted freelance resources to support larger projects. By selectively expanding our team, we were able to handle increasingly complex ServiceNow projects without compromising on quality or our personal approach.
In 2018, Clarity IQ was invited to pitch to a global accountancy firm that had spent over a quarter of a million pounds with a large ServiceNow partner on a proof-of-concept project, only to receive no measurable value in return. Impressed by Clarity IQ’s on-demand, contract-free model, they challenged us to deliver the same project. We completed it within three months at a fraction of the original cost, and it went into operational service shortly after. This client remains with us to this day, and their success story has been a springboard for many more.
